      Construction

      Brand new for 2020! This SE Standard Hollowbody features a hollow mahoagany body which looks stunning with the natural grain of the wood on show. This construction method was normally reserved for their higher spec USA models and were known for producing a fantastic organic and natural sounds. You can now achieve these PRS tones for less tha half the price! Joined to the body you have a mahogany neck cut to the wide fat profile, The rosewood fretboard sports 22 frets over a 25" scale length.

      Tones & Pickups

      The SE Hollowbody standard comes fitted with a set of the extremely popular 'S' 85/15 pickups. These pickups were closely designed with the 85/15 pickups found in a lot of PRS's core range and even private stock guitars and are known for their extreme clarity and extended low and top end. taking the core components of what made these pickups so popular and re-creating the sound at a much more affordable price point. You have control over these pickups with a tone control, volume control and a 3-position toggle switch. Due to the hollow body this model gives you a much more natural and raw sound than you conventional solid body model and is perfect for jazz, blues and anything which required depth and a good bass response.
