      Construction

      The PRS Hollowbody II is made up of a Beveled Maple Back and Top, finished off with a stunning Flame Maple Veneer, paired with traditional Mahogany sides. The guitar is finished off in the stunning and unique charcoal burst finish which adds an element of class to this sophisticated model. This is the same construction as the American made Hollowbody models and provides you with a warm organic sound with acoustic characteristics. The beveled back allows the guitar to fit comfortably against your body when playing stood up or sat down. Joined to the body is a mahogany neck cut to the wide fat profile which has become extremely popular on the SE range for providing plenty of grip and ease of movement no matter the genre. The strings are stretched across a 25" scale length, 22 frets and an ebony fingerboard.

      Pickups & Tones

      The Hollowbody II comes fitted with a set of the 'S' 58/15 pickups, based off of the American variations which are vastly popular on a wide variety of models. These pickups are known for providing a warm and vintage style output, compared to the hotter variants 85/15. The pairing of the 58/15's with the maple Hollowbody design gives you a natural and warm tone, controlled by a master volume, master tone and 3-way toggle switch.
