Construction

The new Player Series Precision Bass sticks to the the traditional construction starting off with the body, it is made up of high quality Alder as with most modern Fender guitars and basses due to its fantastic tonal properties, character and lightweight construction. The body is finished off with a Gloss Polyester finish to protect the body and with a wide variety of colours available there is a finish to suit everyones taste. Joined to the body you have a 20 fret maple neck cut to the ever popular modern C profile, with the added benefit of a satin finish makes it feel smooth and comfortable in your hands with no sticking or slipping.

Pickup & Electronics

The Player Series Precision basses come fitted with a newly designed split single coil pickup which provides you with everything you want from the classic P-Bass tone with a modern edge making it fantastic for your more traditional fender tones and a lot for the modern player with a variety of styles. You can control over the sound via 2 knobs, a master volume and a master tone, this keep it very simplistic whilst giving you plenty of tonal variety.
