      The Yamaha DM3 Dante bundle offers huge I/O offerings for both live, studio and even streaming applications. It will allow engineers to capture the on-stage sound accurately, without coloration, and then add creative touch as required. Utilizing a 9" touchscreen and a single Touch & Turn knob for managing most of the console's operations it is compacvt yet incredibly intuitive to use. Having Dante it links with the bundled TIO1608-D2 audio interface which connects via a single CAT5 cable. The new 1608-D2 interface has 96kHz processing offering a much cleaner, more detailed and transparent sound for those looking for the very best in audio quality.

      Due to its versatility you can easily use it for live work on stage, use it for streaming live music and podcasting, or even use it in the studio with its multi-channel USB audio interface and DAW Remote capabilities.       Yamaha DM3 Dante Setup Example

      TIO1608-D2 allows you to easily connect a DM3 digital mixer system. System setup uses a Plug In & Play method. Simply connect Cat5e cable, select the device IDs and the system is ready. Remote HA control is available via Cat5e. StageMix App allows wireless remote control of the console from the arena, the stage or the audience etc.

      DM3 Huge 9" Touch Screen Interface

      Despite its compact size, Yamaha have equipped the DM3 with a huge 9" touch screen interface with both light and dark mode options. The high quality display gives full colour access to every feature of the system with a simple touch or gesture. For example, you can easily adjust a parametric EQ using drag and pinch to move frequency and Q control, or use the on screen Qwerty keyboard to enter names for channels or custom library file storage. It has a superb response and is very clear to use no matter what lighting conditions.

      Comprehensive Streaming Features

      The DM3 is equipped with abundant analog I/O and USB terminals, making it possible to input audio and transmit the mixed audio directly to a computer with streaming software launched. With stereo and matrices, audio routing provides a high degree of freedom and allows mixing of audio for on-site and streaming use separately.

      The Dante-equipped DM3 is ideal for standalone operation as well as for use as part of a larger streaming system featuring multiple consoles. For example, using two DM3 units allows the engineer to input the audio transmitted by Dante for on-site and streaming, or use two different mixes for these. The compact housing makes it the ideal console where space is limited, or for use in system expansion.

      Apps include: DM3 StageMix to remotely control the DM3 Series from on-stage, and MonitorMix, which allows each performer to adjust their own monitor.

      Comprehensive Recording Features And DAW Integration

      The DAW Remote function allows you to use a range of devices to control your mix and recording from anywhere in a live venue or recording environment, then take the results home for editing at your leisure. The recorded performances can be stored directly on a USB stick, on a PC connected via USB to HOST, or on a separate Dante-compatible device (DM3 only), and edited with the bundled Cubase AI software or the DAW suite of your choice.

      2 Track Audio Recording Built-In or Multi-track to DAW

      DM3 supports multit-rack recording via USB to Host, while simple 2-track recording is possible using a USB memory stick and the USB connector on the front of the console.
