The PRS 35th Anniversary SE Custom 24 is here to celebrate 35 years of guitar making and innovation. Designed around the guitar that started it all off, the Custom 24. This limited-edition model captures the foundational elements of an iconic model and adds the musical functionality of the Paul's Guitar, creating a new, versatile platform. The 35th Anniversary SE Custom 24 features TCI "S" treble and bass pickups with two mini-toggle switches that allow players to put either or both pickups in humbucking or true single-coil mode. The clarity and unique tones of these vintage-inspired pickups are both big and nuanced, so players can easily find their sweet spot.

Construction

The 35th anniversary model has stuck to the roots of the Custom 24 construction with a mahogany body, topped off with a flame maple cap. the body is finished off in this eye catching faded blue burst finish. Joined to the body is a maple neck cut to the wide thin profile which is becoming a PRS players go to choice in regard to neck shape. sporting a 24 fret rosewood fretboard topped off with abalone old school birds.

Pickups & Tone

The 35th Anniversary model comes fitted with a brand new set of pickups! The TCI 'S' treble in the bridge and TCI 'S' in the neck, these pickups give you a very pure and vintage tone with a mellow output. These are perfect for someone hunting the vintage guitar tones but wanting modern technology and build quality. Along with these already versatile pickups you have two mini toggle switches which allow you to split the humbuckers individually for a pure single coil sound. These switches give you 8 variations before you even take into account the master volume and tone controls.
