For those looking for premium quality electric guitar with a touch of class, the 1957 Telecaster Style guitar oozes quality tone with a wide range of tonal versatility.
Construction consists of high grade figured maple top on a premium swamp ash body combined with a bolt-on maple neck and maple fretboard. The binding is also genuine flame maple which sets off the stunning translucent amber finish.
The 1957 guitar also has a boost in the electronics department. The neck pickup is a Rockfield SWV combined with a Seymore Duncan little 59 pickup in the bridge. The combination of these two hum-buckers offers an impressive tonal character yet eac one is also coil-tapped, essential creating a combination of single-coil and hum-bucker tones. The little 59 pickup has individually adjustable pole pieces to adjust the sound to your exact requirements and great for a styles of music.
Michael Kelly 1950s Series
Inspired by the vintage finds of the golden era of electric guitar making, the 1950s Series offers features and sonic capabilities of those memorable instruments but with modern day appointments and production techniques. All five models feature an exotic wood top and contoured arm cut, master volume and master tone controls, a three way pickup selector, and coil taps for sonic range and versatility.
