Construction
The new Player Series Jazzmaster sticks to the the traditional construction starting off with the body, it is made up of high quality Alder as with most modern Fender guitars due to its fantastic tonal properties, character and lightweight construction. The body is finished off with a Gloss Polyester finish to protect the body and with a wide variety of colours available there is a finish to suit everyones taste. Joined to the body you have a 22 fret maple neck cut to the ever popular modern C profile, with the added benefit of a satin finish makes it feel smooth and comfortable in your hands with no sticking or slipping.
Pickups & Electronics
The player series Jazzmaster's pickups have been redesigned to provide you with the classic Fender sound but with a modern 'edge'. The guitar comes fitted with dual humbucking pickups which provide you with a fantastic warm and crisp sound, ideal for any type of music you could imagine. you also get the added benefit of a push/pull coil tap opening the tonal capabilities up further giving you the classic fender single coil twang as well was the warm crisp-ness of the humbuckers. This is all controlled by a 3-way toggle switch, volume control, tone control, and push/pull pot for the coil tap.
