    A No-Compromise Digital Piano

Though its stylish good looks may suggest \\\"home piano,\\\" the FP-9 Digital Piano is a thoroughly professional instrument. Its velocity-sensitive 88-note keyboard features Rolands popular and award-winning hammer action, ensuring a solid, responsive feel.

Its sound engine boasts full 64-voice polyphony and sound quality on par with Rolands best stage keyboards. In particular, the FP-9s stereo grand piano sounds will impress even the most discerning of piano players, while its various electric piano, harpsichord, vibes, bass and string sounds provide the perfect sonic compliment. And a Sympathetic Resonance feature produces a stunningly accurate damper pedal effect

In all, the FP-9 includes 24 distinct tones, including Rolands new velocity-sensitive vocal sounds for amazing \\\"scat\\\"-style jazz playing. And all these tones can be used in split-keyboard or layered configurations for interesting performance possibilities like bass and piano, layered piano and strings, piano and scat duets, and more. Designed with Style to Spare Under the hood, the FP-9 is a sophisticated professional musical instrument, but its sleek, stylish exterior is tailored to look great in a variety of home and lounge settings as well.

This compact piano incorporates an elegant dark wood grain finish while its optional stand, the FPS-9, completes its contemporary look.

A built-in amplified stereo sound system offers 20 watts of clean, robust sound with excellent separation-perfect for monitoring during live performance or for practicing and performing in lounges and on small stages. Streamlined Interface and Convenient Features

With a control panel as simple as it is elegant, the FP-9 offers a straightforward way for musicians at all levels to select and blend sounds. Choosing a sound is as simple as hitting its dedicated Tone Select button. A simple push of the Split button activates Split mode, which assigns different sounds to the upper and lower halves of the keyboard-perfect for creating interesting arrangements. Dual mode allows users to blend together two sounds simply by adjusting their respective Balance buttons.

There are eight types of reverb and chorus effects, and effect parameters can easily be adjusted and stored for each individual sound. Key Transpose, Octave Shift and Pitch Adjust functions allow for more flexible performances, while dedicated Line Out Volume and Speaker Volume knobs lessen the hassle of live performance setup. Finally, built-in MIDI control capability and a computer interface ensure that the FP-9 can be used in todays advanced MIDI setups.

The world is a smaller place but we are all still individuals within it. It is so much more fun selling to some one you can have a chat with, either email phone or in the shop than just sending boxes via couriers.
