Now Korg blends the benefits of each approach into a single great-sounding system, the Korg PA80 Professional Arranger. Inheriting the stunning sound from our award-winning Triton and containing a large variety of highly-musical Styles made by the best musicians in the world, the Korg PA80 sounds like a musicians dream. A new a multitasking operating system has been developed for speedy operation and with the latest solid-state disk, and a revolutionary new crossfading double sequencer (XDS), this new keyboard will bring the benefits of Korgs revolutionary songwriting and music production/performance to a whole new generation of musicians.	STYLES The Korg PA80 keyboard boasts eight accompaniment tracks, two more than on our previous keyboards, and weve made it really easy to play Styles. Each Style can recall its own Performance, including the settings for the accompaniment tracks and four settings for the real-time tracks. The Style Sounds and Settings can be freely programmed and stored on the internal memory.
Proven sound quality What better place to start than Tritons acclaimed Hi sound generation and effect processing? So you know it delivers stunning sound quality and features a broad selection of great natural and synthetic sounds to inspire you. We added a new class of ultra-realistic solo instruments which include sampled natural vibrato, including Sax, Trumpet, Harmonica, Violin, Flute, and more. Finally, we added a set of Drawbar sounds for a true simulation of the classic organ sound. All Programs can be edited on-the-fly, using the Easy Program Edit functions, by changing Attack, Decay, Release, LFO, Filter Cutoff and Resonance parameters. Any change will be stored into a Performance, for fast recall of the new Programs.	BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED With its clean lines and silver finish, the Korg PA80 looks as good as it sounds. Ease-of-use has driven the styling with a logical control panel and linear structuring to give you fast access to the most commonly used functions at the touch of a button. Selecting a Style, Program, Performance or Single Touch Setting has never been easier.
HIGH PERFORMANCE SOLID-STATE DISK SS3:- The solid-state disk, which can hold up to 2OMb of compressed data, is the latest in disk technology and gives a higher performance than Flash Rom. Plus, you can load Styles direct	STATE-OF-THE-ART SEQUENCING The PA80 is the first keyboard to offer two totally independent sequencers that can be run together arid mixed via a crossfader.
TONE GENERATION The sound generation itself is based on our acclaimed Triton HI system, making the Korg PA80 the first entertainment keyboard to sound exactly like a professional synthesiser. All the classical sounds, and particularly the solo instruments such as saxophone, trumpet, flute, guitar and piano, have been improved. Weve even added a Drawbars sounds set to give a true simulation of the classic organ sound. You can edit all Programs as you play using the Easy Program Edit functions and use any of the four powerful Master Effect processors including reverbs, delays, equalizers, exciters, overdrives, sound decimators and ring modulators. Plus you can send two audio sources, for example a microphone and a guitar, to the internal Effect Processors and give each their own set of effects.	TheKorg PA-80 includes four powerful Master Effect processors, including all of Tritons studio-level Master Effects. You can use them for a Song, or split them in two sections, to assign two of them to the realtime tracks, and the remaining two to the Style tracks. You can even route two different external audio sources into the internal Effect Processors to mix them into your Song or live performance. Since each audio input has a different Gain control, you can connect a microphone and a guitar at the same time, each with its own set of effects.
	PERFECTLY AMPLIFIED Weve pushed amplification to a new level with a fresh design that includes an Auto Loudness feature, a two 22 Watt digital amplifier and 4 speakers to give a smoothness and depth to the sound.
	VIF1 -VIDEO INTERFACE BOARD A video interface board (both NTSC and PAL compatible) is ideal for karaoke, putting the lyrics direct onto any TV screen. All options (including the Hard Disk) are user-installable.
VHGI -VOCAL/GUITAR PROCESSOR BOARD Hardware options include a vocal/guitar board that gives you two totally separate effect processors. In Guitar niode you have a complete set of multi-effects, e.g. modulation, noise reduction, distortion and compression, plus equalisation and you can use up to five effects simultaneously. The vocal processor includes a harmoniser that turns a single vocal into a four-part harmony, plus offers you effects and equalisation.	KORG PA80 OPTIONS FLASH-ROM (PCMCIA) CARD if you want yet more choice, you can add an optional Flash-ROM (PCMCIA) card to your Korg PA80 to access even more Programs and PCM samples. The cartridge will be directly connected to the Tone Generator so sample reading will be in will be in real-time - no need to load the sample into RAM first.
