Students will love it - and so will you.

The HP-2e is yet another example of Rolands expertise in building fine instruments for music lovers on a budget. The HP-2e contains an incredibly realistic piano sound and a range of advanced functions offering beginners and seasoned players pure piano performance pleasure.

    Rich, vibrant sounds

For the best possible piano sound, Roland has further improved its highly-acclaimed sound source. The result is rich, resonant tones and a subtlety even demanding pianists will love. The HP2 e is 64-voice polyphonic and provides digital Reverb and Chorus (E. Piano) effects as well as a Sympathetic Resonance feature that accurately simulates the rich sound you get when you press the damper pedal on an acoustic piano. The touch sensitivity is adjustable, so that even small children should be able to obtain good results. Students could use this function for finger-training exercises.

    Excellent sound quality

The HP2 e features a powerful speaker system designed to maximize the expressive tones of Rolands improved piano sound source. Its high-grade speakers deliver a truly dynamic sound with enough power to turn any room into a cozy concert venue.

A variety of instrument sounds and versatile performance options In addition to exceptionally realistic piano sounds, the HP2 e offers a wide range of other high-quality instrument sounds. And for even more performance fun, you can use the Split mode to select a different instrument for each hand, for an instant duo effect. Or combine two sounds (Dual) and adjust their volume balance to suit your needs.

    Learn music the fun way

The HP2 e comes with a metronome and a built-in 2-track recorder for recording your performances and checking your progress along the way. There are also 65 preset songs of which you can mute the left or right hand part of each of the songs, and practice playing just that part. Included with the HP2 e is a book with the scores for 60 pieces contained in the instrument and this can be easily secured in the music stand with the addition of two handy clips to keep your music in place.

Established in 1983 A&C Hamilton Musical Instruments maintains a healthy balance of traditional business values with a keen sense for new business ideas. Getting new customers and keeping existing customers are equally important to us. As the internet has changed all our lives we continue to grow from strength to strength applying the tried and trusted methods of traditional retail sales to this new world of internet sales and store sales. The world is a smaller place but we are all still individuals within it. It is so much more fun selling to some one you can have a chat with, either email phone or in the shop than just sending boxes via couriers. Our company has a solid financial basis to trade and all premises are owned in full by the directors.

Our Music Shop is on the outskirts of Preston with forecourt parking for 8 cars. Our closest town is Blackpool and nearby is Lytham St Annes. Blackburn and Southport are close by. Lancaster, Morecambe, Wigan, Burnley, Ormskirk, Bolton, Leigh, Accrington are also near me. Manchester Liverpool and Cumbria are around an hour away.
