Solid sitka spruce top, sycamore back and sides

The Yamaha FG750S dreadnought acoustic guitar is a stunning instrument that offers professional features at a modest price. Crafted with a solid Sitka spruce top and sycamore back and sides, it produces rich, vibrant tone and outstanding projection. Die-cast tuners with vintage-style plastic pegs keep tuning locked in. The looks are enhanced with extensive tortoise and black and white binding on the body and neck.

Best spec at the lowest price

Yamaha went to great lengths with the FG series to provide players with a high spec, quality dreadnought at an affordable price. What makes the FG750 a cut above the rest lies in its elements of hand-building, borrowed design technology from higher-end Yamaha guitars, and top-end finishing. With thinner back and sides, Yamaha were able to create a louder dreadnought than ever before, with improved frequency response, and with an ultra-thin finish and dovetail neck joint ensure the finest clarity and projection.

        Why buy Yamaha guitars?

As if it ever needed explaining! Due to the sheer size of the company, Yamaha can afford to explore every single avenue of guitar technology to a simply astonishing level. With a huge number of guitar designers, material experts, and scientists at their disposal, Yamaha can focus on researching and creating unique, cutting edge guitars. The FG750S features an ultra thin hand-sprayed lacquer finish (less than 0.25mm) for optimum resonance, thinner back and sides for ultimate volume and frequency response, and a hand-fitted dovetail neck joint for the best sustain and strength.
