Refurbished Yamaha Motif Rack XS
Our Motif Rack XS has been supplied direct by Yamaha. It is in full and great working order. There is a small mark on the front bottom left of the panel where maybe a screw had been used to mount it to a rack. Otherwise its excellent condition complete with warranty and great value as they are hard to come by now.
Motif Rack XS - Main Description
The Yamaha Motif XS Rack is a superb synth sound module and makes use of the same sound engine as the Motif XS synthesizer. Simple MIDI connections is all you need from a computer or controller keyboard to play the fantastic built-in sound library. Voices can be used as single sound or layered for rich textures and complex sounds. Its a great way to add additional sounds to existing instruments as well.
Huge Sound Choice
Motif-XS Rack has a synthesis engine filled with 355 MB of waveform data, for a total of 2,670 separate waveforms - an amazingly broad selection of building blocks you can use to create your own Voices. These can be saved to the three User Voice banks, letting you store up to 384 of your original Voices on the instrument itself.
Powerful Effects Processing
Effects are taken to a new level with up to 8 insertion effects available in a single go. It also has two System effects, a Master effect block, as well as independent Part EQ and Master EQ. This makes it incredibly flexible and versatile for sound creativity. The insert effects alone have 53 differing effects to process your sound through!
Realtime Sound Control
5 Knobs on the front panel offer convenient and fast editing of parameters. An array of different assignments lets you control everything from ADSR, resonance, EQ and more.
