All DA5 inputs can be used simultaneously. The Headphone/Line output mutes the 6.5\" 8 ohm speaker for headphone practicing or for direct connection into a mixer or recorder. Connect the line/headphone output jack to your mixer, multi-track recorder or headphones. Because the character of the cabinet is included in this signal, the sound will have a sense of \"air\" and depth even when youre listening through headphones or recording direct. Unique to the VOX DA5 is a power select switch of 5 Watts, 1.5 Watts, or 0.5 Watt to allow the guitarist to open the volume to drive the DA5 for max tone while keeping the sound pressure level reasonable. The DA5 will last for up to 30 hours on batteries, depending on which power output you choose.
