SENSA Sizzle Stack 14" china with 8" splash, this cymbal has great attack and a fast decay with subtle sustain. Due to the rivets this makes it ideal for poly-rhythmic beats and it can also be used as a ride source.
Because this is a stack cymbal you can also use it as two individual cymbals giving you a much wider dynamic range. The china on its own has quite a harsh and percussive sound making it good for accenting beats and when you finish a fill while the splash on its own has a brighter sound and works really for use during beats and fills rather than at the end.
When both cymbals are used in their stack form you can alter the amount of sound that the cymbal produces, for example; if you have both cymbals screwed on very tightly to each other you will get a much more percussive and decayed sound rather than if you had them loose which would result in a much washier sound.
