      Roland CD2U is a simple to use SD card and CD recorder device. Designed to be easy to operate and for optimum audio quality you will be making recordings in no time at all.

      The CD-2U records direct to SD/SDHC cards, and can record directly to CD-R and CD-RW discs when using AC power. Thanks to the Easy Guide feature, the CD-2u is incredibly simple for anyone to operate, with clear onscreen instructions that guide you every step of the way.

      The CD-2U offers a lot more than just recording, it is capable of playing back audio and backing files for practice and it can adjust speed of tracks at high quality without effecting pitch so you can hear things clearer. The CD-2U also has a powerful center cancel feature for removing vocals from audio tracks, perfect for singing practice or a new center focus feature can isolate centrally mixed instruments such as vocals so they can be heard better.

      The CD-2U also provides connections to integrate external devices for various applications. Two XLR/TRS combo jacks allow you to connect your own mics (with phantom power available if needed), including a stereo field-recording mic such as the CS-15RS. There's also a stereo mini-mic jack with Plug In Power, plus stereo RCA LINE IN jacks for connecting an instrument, music player, or other audio sources. There are 2 in-built condenser mics on the CD-2U front panel for high quality audio recording without the need for any external additional device.
