Roland RD-800 Stage Piano - Ex-Demo

The ideal stage piano needs to sound amazing, have great action, be easy to transport and rugged enough to be able to handle life on the road. The RD800 is Roland`s lightest RD piano yet weighing just 22kg so it won`t be too much of a struggle getting it to and from the gig. The colour LCDs and panel knobs with LED indicators also provide easy visibility on dark stages.
Roland has 25 years of experience making stage pianos and believes that the RD-800 is their best yet. This weighted hammer action keyboard plays excellently and has voices including acoustic grand pianos, vintage electric pianos, organs and synth sounds. Roland`s SuperNATURAL Piano sound engine provides superior electric pianos and clav voicing. There`s also 1100 additional sounds for extra versatility on stage including Virtual Tone Wheel organs, vintage keys, modern synths and more.
Great On Stage
When on stage the RD-800 is intuitive and easy to use with a colour display, tons of dedicated controls including the new Tone Color function for dramatic sound manipulation from a single knob. It gives you fast access to essential functions such as tone layering, keyboard split point and more. You can manipulate sounds quickly on stage via dedicated controls for Live Set selection, part levels, Modulation FX, Tremolo and Amp Simulator.
Audio Playback And Recording Facilities
The RD-800 features WAV recording/song playback and user memory backup with an optional USB flash memory. The keyboard has four external pedal connections (Damper, FC1, FC2 and EXT) 1/4 inch and balanced XLR stereo output jacks and a convenient 1/8 inch stereo input for connecting a music player or other device.
