Portability, quality sounds, versatile features and great build quality - The Roland Juno-DS61 is a superb instrument for the studio and gigging musician. It can be battery powered for use practically anywhere and has a whole range of hands-on controls to modify your sounds in realtime. It will also link to your computer via USB to act as an audio/ MIDI interface.
Studio Quality Sounds
Roland have packed the Juno-DS61with high quality sounds, fresh for the Juno series. Sounds include everything from pianos and electric pianos through to organs and a whole range of sound essentials. Piano sounds are amongst the most popular and most required stage and studio use so Roland focussed on enhancement in popular sections to make sure the essentials were better than ever. There are 1000 sounds derived from the Juno-Di as well, offering a huge choice of sounds at your fingertips. All previous Juno-DI patches are compatible with the DS-61 but then you can take advantage of the DS-61 enhanced sound processing and features to update your sounds even more.
8 Phrase Trigger Pads
Eight back-lit trigger pads allow triggering of samples and even audio songs direct from connected USB memory. Each pad can be assigned and then with one touch will trigger the selected samples or songs. This can enhance performance capabilities - no need for loading long samples into sound slots or internal memory. Reading direct is easy and fast and allows you to keep control over the samples used for your performances.
Get Creative - Sound Editing And Real-time Controllers
Easily change and modify your sounds in real-time with the dedicated hands-on controllers. Conveniently placed, the controllers are ideal for live performance or recording in the studio. It is also possible to get down to the nitty gritty with the Juno-DS61 sound editing facilities. You can go deep into the sound editing features to create your dream sound.

even at this low price point the Juno-DS61 is packed with a USB Audio/MIDI interface for connecting up your favourite DAW. Just a single USB cable will allow you to record, playback and start producing music with the Juno-DS as a controller or audio source for your projects.
Free Sound Expansion
Juno-DS61 can be expanded using Roland's wave expansion system. That means you can expand your sounds for free using the Roland Axial website. Sounds created by top engineers and even previous expansion cards which would of costs hundreds of pounds are available to download and add in to the Juno-DS.
