Roland have set a new standard with the Fantom G7 workstation capabilities. On hand is a powerful and flexible 24 track audio recording sequencer combined with a 128 track MIDI sequencer. The G7 also has a new TRS balanced input socket so this mighty workstation can capture audio in all its true quality. The combo TRS/XLR input provides high quality Mic or Line recording and even phantom power for those with condenser mics. In order for the Fantom G7 to do its job Roland have also added a mouse input which really helps with using the sequencer screen with drag and drop operation whilst the studio mode allows amazing in-depth control of the internal sounds for your song, effects and even external midi control. Without a doubt the Fantom G7 is workstation in its most powerful form ever.

Roland have kitted the Fantom G7 out with their latest sound processing technology. With twice the wave-ROM capacity of its predecessor, the G7 houses a range of Roland's world-famous SRX-quality sounds, but what really sets this instrument apart is its new ARX expansion, which allows additional SuperNATURAL sound-sets and fully dedicated synth and effects engines to be added to this already powerful live workstation.
