Create incredible bass sounds with the vintage warmth of true retro analogue sound with the compact and portable Volca Bass. Create sonic bass mayhem with 3 oscillators, each with independent tuning and a handful of sound controls thrown in for good measure.
Bass has never been so much fun. Layer up 3 oscillator of true analog wave forms, mix and mash them with powerful filters, LFO and EG controls and hey presto, powerful synth bass sounds that could tear a hole in brick wall!
Users can experiment with sounds whilst using the in-built 16 track electribe style step sequencer. Patterns can be entered and modified in realtime with features such as active step to change the feel of the patterns.
Korg have added a little modern tech to the Volca Bass to compliment its retro sound. A self tuning function makes sure your tuning is kept stable unlike some classic retro synths of the past and a MIDI in socket allows it to be triggered via MIDI for from your favourite DAW system.
All 3 of the Volca series can be connected in sync through the sync in/out jacks which is also found on monotribe. with all 3 of them connected the Volca series creates a very powerful sound with excellent live performance capabilities.
