Korg have fitted the M50-88 with the top line RH3 (Real Hammer 3) piano action. Developed with the piano player in mind this action offers a realistic piano feel and response. 4 Different weighted key zones across the keyboard enhance the realism of the piano feel. Even with this weighted keyboard the M50 88 weighs in at only just over 20Kg and its slim line design makes it a truly portable piano as well as a fully functional workstation.

M50 with M3 Technology

The Korg M50-88 uses the same powerful EDS sound technology as derived form the M3. The renowned sound generation system is a welcome feature at this low price point making the M50-88 one of the best sounding instruments in its class. With its newfound technology the M50-88 offers up a tasty palette of over 600 programs and 380 combinations.

Sequencing Power

Korg have integrated a highly detailed and flexible sequencing system into the heart of the M50-88 system. An easy to use sequencer gives the user the option to create highly detailed songs and tracks. In combination with the EDS sounds and powerful editing available from deep within the core of the 16 track sequencer the M50-88 is a true amalgamation of elegant piano technology and advanced design and sound technology.

The sequencer and sounds are all passed through a large selection of 5 simultaneous insert effects and 2 total effects. The effects range from delays and reverbs through to distortions and rotary speakers with everything in-between. In-depth editing of effects is available at one touch of the touch screen interface and granteed to bring the best out from your sounds.
