      Slim size, Big Features

The Korg M50 61 note workstation is a very functional yet affordable instrument. Korg have managed to whip up a slim sized product packed with mammoth technology and capabilities that punch far beyond its weight.

A responsive 61 key synth action is the trigger for the powerful EDS sound generation system which has been derived from the high-end Korg M3 workstation. The sound is routed through a highly versatile effects processing system allowing up to 5 insert effects simultaneously and 2 total master effects to top them off. Of course all of this power would be no good if it was not easy enough to access and use so Korg fitted the M50 61 with a very nice touch screen interface to make life easy for the user.

      Dual Polyphonic Arpeggiators

In addition to a standard arpeggiator with five preset patterns (UP, DOWN, ALT1, ALT2, RANDOM), the M50 provides a polyphonic arpeggiator that can generate a variety of chord progressions and phrases based on the pitch and timing of the keys you play. This lets you produce a broad range of patterns, ranging from drums (using the "Fixed Note Mode"), bass phrases, or even guitar or keyboard backing phrases.

In addition, Combination mode and Sequencer mode allow you to take advantage of the dual arpeggiator functionality that generates two phrases simultaneously. This allows for many powerful possibilities such as applying different arpeggio patterns to drums and bass programs, or using splits or velocity to switch between arpeggio patterns.

      SD Card Storage

The M50s SD card slot lets you save programs, combinations, and sequences, and it also allows for easy data management. SD cards can be purchased from almost any computer or media store or on-line outlet so access to this type of media is no problem at all.

Established in 1983 A&C Hamilton Musical Instruments maintains a healthy balance of traditional business values with a keen sense for new business ideas. Getting new customers and keeping existing customers are equally important to us. As the internet has changed all our lives we continue to grow from strength to strength applying the tried and trusted methods of traditional retail sales to this new world of internet sales and store sales. The world is a smaller place but we are all still individuals within it. It is so much more fun selling to some one you can have a chat with, either email phone or in the shop than just sending boxes via couriers. Our company has a solid financial basis to trade and all premises are owned in full by the directors.

Our Music Shop is on the outskirts of Preston with forecourt parking for 8 cars. Our closest town is Blackpool and nearby is Lytham St Annes. Blackburn and Southport are close by. Lancaster, Morecambe, Wigan, Burnley, Ormskirk, Bolton, Leigh, Accrington are also near me. Manchester Liverpool and Cumbria are around an hour away.
