    infospecs

The Michael Kelly 1965 electric guitar offers high spec components and high quality materials you expect only to find on much more expensive instruments. Maple binding, locking river machine heads and the new Epic Eleven mod are just some of the great features that set this instrument apart from the competition.

    Quality Woods And Design

This 1965 electric guitar model uses only the highest quality woods and component technologies to ensure a quality sound and feel is attained. Starting with the quality swamp ash body - this has been topped with a highly figured quilted maple cap, the amber finish really stands out and this wood has a beautiful sustain to it. Flame maple binding has been used to add to the exquisite finish of the guitar.

The neck is made from maple with a rosewood fingerboard and a compound radius which really helps get to grips with todays more complex playing styles. The headstock is a birdseye maple top to finish off its stunning good looks.

    Epic Eleven Mod

The unique Epic Eleven hot-rod mod opens up a versatile range of tonal variation. Most guitars are limited by the 5 way pickup selection and therefore can adjust the sound based on one of those 5 way selections but, with the addition of a mini toggle switch and coil tap, guitarists can delve into a whole new variation of tonal possibilities. The mini toggle switch adds in the neck pickup where it would normally not be in use whilst the coil tap feature adds a push pull coil tap on the master volume for the bridge hum-bucker. this essentially turns the hum-bucker into a vintage single coil pickup.
