Construction

The Squier Contemporary Active Stratocaster features a Poplar body which not only makes it durable and strong but also lightweight and comfortable to play sat down to stood up. Finished off in a classy flat black Satin Polyurethane finish it looks fantastic! Paired to the Poplar body we have a Maple neck sporting 22 Jumbo sized frets, Slim C neck shape, and a 12" fingerboard radius. This fingerboard radius not normally associated with Fender guitars allows you to set the action extremely low and is perfect for those tough note bends.

Electronics
