Its here - from Yamaha the Tyros top of the range
keyboard, new thinking and some new concepts. Yamaha have recently impressed us
with their new Clavinova products, they have promised something very special
with the Tyros.

NEW MEGA Voicing
Yamaha have taken a leap forward in sound quality and decided that the best
way to having the greatest sounds is simply to use the real sounds themselves!
Incorporated into the Tyros is the megavoice sound set which is 10 sounds of
special super high quality samples. They could only fit 10 in due to the
massive amount of memory that such high quality sounds use. Sounds such as
guitar megavoice have been added. The sound is so real you really would not
know the difference between the real thing and the instrument itself.
NEW Operating System
As a new instrument all together, Yamaha have decide to change the operation
system. The Tyros offers a large colour LCD display and new, easy to use,
interface. The screen shows off exactly what is happening and most choices can
be made by pressing buttons located around the screen.
OPTIONAL SPEAKER SYSTEM
The Tyros does not have internal speakers making it lighter and more
portable so Yamaha have decided to use a very high quality external speaker
system.
The TRS-MS01 speaker system is an optional purchase offering 2 compact
satellite speakers and 1 superb quality sub-woofer. Overall sound from this
option is fantastic and works well with the Tyros.
