Mexican Stratocaster

Affordable, real deal guitar

Leo Fender originally built and designed the Stratocaster guitar with one thing in mind: It has to be simple... easy to build, easy to play and easy to pay for. Fender guitars in the 50's and 60's were essentially very simple and largely bullet proof guitars. These days the prized originals can easily go for more money than the classic Corvettes and Chevvies of the day!

Due to current demand for these classic designs, brought about largely because of the guitar playing worlds harking back to a simpler time Vintage reissues and carefully hand made guitars fetch a much higher price now than Leo Fender would ever have dreamt of in his day!

This puts guitarists, and particularly younger guitarists with less disposable income in a difficult position... It's simply not feasable to pay for an excellent quality hand made guitar, and sometimes the alternatives can really be a bit depressing, but.. With Mexican Fenders, younger guitarists really CAN get a slice of genuine Fender because strangely more so than the custom shop models, the Mexican equivalents live up to the Fender ideals:

Easy to build, easy to play and easy to pay for.

Available in a wide range of finishes and with a choice of Rosewood or Maple fretboard the Mexicans have all the variety of their american cousins Finishes include: Electron Blue, Black, Chrome Red, Brown Sunburst, Midnight Wine, Artic White and something of a rarity for guitar manufacturers these days is that every single one of these finishes are available left handed! These guitars also come with a Fender gig bag.
